Our coach, Jim Mills, is readily available from during the week, ensuring you receive individualized attention and assistance. From the initial assessment to tailored workout plans, our coach guides you through cardio and weight machines, prioritizing safety and effectiveness. With progress tracking and ongoing challenges, our program encourages gradual strength improvements at your own pace.

Kelly specializes in KiHara Resistive Stretching. She has a passion for helping people overcome their pain so they can continue to do what they love.
Rob, a 7-time National Champion and 4-time World Record holder in the Master Class, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the gym floor. From lifting enthusiast to record-breaking athlete, he has a passion for guiding others on their lifting journey. Rob specializes in strength training and bodybuilding.
Meet Jim, a seasoned Health Fitness Instructor. Since 1987, he's been dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals. With 40 years as a Level 2 USA Track and Field coach and 25 years coaching at Warsaw High School, Jim brings a wealth of knowledge to our gym. As a Fitness Specialist trained at the American College of Sports Medicine, he's here to guide you every step of the way.
