45-minutes of intense circuits, challenging movements, partner & group drills, and yes, even some weight lifting. It's designed to push you to your limits and help you build strength, endurance, and confidence. But remember, it's only as hard as you make it. So, don't bring your BS to BS and let's get stronger together!
Wednesdays @ 6:15PM
High-energy, calorie-burning workouts. HIIT class is a fast-paced, interval-based training session that targets every major muscle group. The class is approximately 45-50 min. Expect a mix of strength training moves like burpees, jump squats, mountain climbers, and dumbbell swings with cardio blasts like sprints, jump lunges, and plank jacks.

Focus: building strength & muscle hypertrophy. Our Strength classes are a high-energy, weights-based workout that will push you to new levels. Expect a mix of free weights (dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells), resistance machines, bodyweight exercises, & functional training. This class is 45-50min.
Tuesday - Lower Body @ 6AM & 7AM
Thursday - Upper Body @ 6AM & 7AM
Our boxing class is a high-energy, full-body workout that combines cardio and strength training. Learn basic boxing techniques, build endurance, and increase power with a mix of bag work, conditioning drills, and partner work. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class will leave you feeling strong, empowered, and ready to take on anything!

The energy Jessica brings to this class is on a whole other level! Yes, it's a killer workout, but it's also a dance party! Burn calories, groove to great music, and have a blast in this dynamic workout session.
Every other Saturday @ 9AM
Our TRX class uses suspension training to engage your entire body through core-focused, functional movements. Using your own body weight and gravity, you'll build strength, improve balance, and enhance flexibility. This low-impact, full-body workout is perfect for all fitness levels and challenges every muscle group!
Tuesday & Thursday @ 9AM
Upper & lower body strength moves using weights, medicine/stability balls, and other modalities. 10-minute ab routine, then core work throughout the hour. This class is individualized for each person's fitness level and ability.
Wednesday @ 9AM
Great cardio, easy to follow moves that include punching and kicking. High or low impact options.
Monday @ 9AM
A combination of yoga moves, resistive stretching, and light weights as an option. Soft music sets the tone for a relaxing and effective stretch.
Friday @ 9AM
Fierce Fitness is a 30-60-minute HipHop and R&B class incorporating a High-Intensity Interval Training(HIIT) pace with rhythm. All in a judgment free zone!
