High-energy, calorie-burning workouts. HIIT class is a fast-paced, interval-based training session that targets every major muscle group. The class is approximately 45-50 min. Expect a mix of strength training moves like burpees, jump squats, mountain climbers, and dumbbell swings with cardio blasts like sprints, jump lunges, and plank jacks.

Focus: building strength & muscle hypertrophy. Our Strength classes are a high-energy, weights-based workout that will push you to new levels. Expect a mix of free weights (dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells), resistance machines, bodyweight exercises, & functional training. This class is 45-50min.
