We're revved up to have you as part of our crew!


We're a locally owned, 24/7 gym located in Warsaw, Indiana. We offer group exercise classes, gym memberships & so much more. With free weights, plate-loaded and selectorized machines, powerlifting equipment, cardio equipment, a sauna and performance turf, we have a little something for everyone. Yes, for eligible members! You will have 24/7 facility access via a mobile pass or key fob.

Monday-Thursday 8am-12pm, 4pm-8pm

Friday & Saturday 9am-12pm

Sunday is not Staffed

There is a one-time $25 enrollment fee. No cancellation fees. No contracts.

Please stop by during staffed hours or email (bodyshopfitness7@gmail.com) to fill out a membership cancellation request form.

You must be at least 18 years old to have full access and privileges at the gym.


16-17 year-olds must abide by Minor Hours


13-15 year-olds must workout with an adult at all times

Sunday-Thursday 5am-10pm

Friday & Saturday 5am-11pm

Yes, we have a sauna available for our members to use. It is open 6am-8pm daily.

Yes, a Pit Pass is $10. Valid at the beginning of the visit until the end of this same visit. Enjoy our facility for one or all of the following options: one class, weight room, fitness center, and sauna. 

Nope. Registering online is not required. However, if you would like to do so, that option is available using your Wellness Living account. Otherwise, just stop by the front desk before class starts.

We sure do! Each of our memberships have a discounted family options depending on age. We also have student and employer discounts in place. Check out the Pricing page for more details. 

Yes! Just be courteous to others around you. If you are using additional equipment or a crew to film, please contact a Body Shop Staff member to make an appointment.

Yes! We sell locally raised, grass-fed and finished beef by the cut at The Body Shop during staffed hours. We also offer bulk options - quarter, half, and whole cows. Contact us for current pricing and availability!
